So my ImageReady CS doesn't work for some reason and I was wondering if anyone could look at it or if they have a version of it I can get. My photoshop works fine just not ImageReady so not sure what is wrong. Mon, Sep. 10th, 2007, 11:58 pm
Here is how it works. Copy this list. Leave in the bands you've seen perform live. Delete the ones you haven't and add new ones that you have seen until you reach 25. An asterisk means the previous person had it on their list. Two asterisks means the last two people who did this before you had that band on their list. Three asterisks etc...

So I had an offer come up recently to move my store. It will be less then half of what I pay now. The space does need a bit of work (along with new AC vents-I guess the prior leaser didn't want it in) but I was wondering what people thought on location compared to where it's at now. The space offered is right between Uprok and Lost Art Tattoo on State Street (right around the corner from The Heavy Metal Shop). I would be sharing the space with a screenprinting company who will take the back half but it will leave me with more then enough space (at least as much or more as I have now). Let me know what you think about the area, parking and so on. Also keep in mind I still have 4 months left on my current lease so I will have to figure something out about that. Does anyone on here know much about ASP? My POS system is messed up and for some reason the system isn't connecting with the receipt printer so I can't print receipts (the POS sytem runs through ASP). And since I can't get the guy who built the program (ex-brother-in-law) to come fix it-due to not doing pro-bono-publico work (I paid the guy 4 grand to create my POS system and he never even finished it so so much for pro-bono work). I will pay if anyone can figure out what's wrong with it. And yes the printer does work; it's just something is blocking the connection from the POS part to the printer. Thu, Mar. 15th, 2007, 12:07 pm Don't forget...
St. Paddy's day party at my house. We will have green beer, Irish whiskey and some corned beef and cabbage from lovely Dena. So be sure to stop by!! You know we will be going late so if you need a place to go after the bar! BYOB for there is always a need for more booze!

My circle is the 2nd one down and the house is right in the middle....If I don't see you then have a very wonderful St. Paddy's day!!!! Mon, Mar. 12th, 2007, 10:40 am
Me and Erin are debating going to Convergence this year however I haven't been to Portland since I was a kid. I was just wondering if anyone knows how long of a drive it is and is it worth driving or should we get a flight. Also what part of town is the venue at? I can't seem to find an address on the website. We would like to get a cheaper hotel close by especially if we fly. Please help if you can so I can decide if I can go (I can't ask for any time off for it so most likely we will fly). Thanks and have a wonderful day :)!! Sun, Mar. 11th, 2007, 10:51 pm
This week's been great!
Just one more thing because you know I don't have enough else shit happening...
So I am trying to hang up some music posters in the store (ones I've had since I've been open and now just getting to hanging them up) and I am missing 2. A really cool pink skinny puppy concert poster and a vintage Bauhaus signed picture from a press release. These were awesome pictures and I can't find them anywhere....along with not being able to find Quickbooks. I'm telling you something's gotta give.... Sat, Mar. 10th, 2007, 07:31 pm uh ya...
Nothing like going to take a swig of your PBR and tasting Mtn Dew...now don't get me wrong Mtn Dew is great but when you are expecting beer it's not so great! (ya accidentally took a swig of the kids drink) And I must say my nephew is a billion times cooler then I will ever be(except for his obsession with emo bands)....babysitting is awesome birth control :)!
I think I just have the shittiest luck on the planet...or I was one terribly person in a past life. It just seems when everything is going good something has to be thrown in to fuck it all up. So I was working on the store's website and getting all excited about it until *bam* my laptop dies. Well I was feeling really shitty about that until I went to pick up my laptop and they are like "well the hard drive went out but luckfully warranty covers it". So I was all excited again that I didn't have to pay to fix it when *bam* all my design programs along with my quickbooks are gone!! I should've realized hard drive dying means all programs die. The only problem now is all the design programs I got from my ex-husband and my quickbooks I loaned to my ex-boyfriend. On top of that I just recently paid $200 to have my quickbooks upgraded so I could do payroll on it...well now I have no idea what I am going to do as a new quickbooks will cost about $400. Anymore I wonder why even trying...nothing seems to ever work out in my favor. Oh and rent is due at my store and well I ain't got the money (when last month we did so well but again it seemed one emergency after another came up that I had to pay for so no money)....another thing to add to all the stress.....Surprised I don't have any ulcers! However I think I am going crazy now since the other day I started tripping out having weird De Ja Vu....I guess I just need to drink it all away!! :)
So on that note does anyone have copies of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver they could share (I know pirating is bad but hey I ain't made of money)...I'm sure I'll figure something out with the quickbooks situation....
In better news remember my St. Patty's day party!!! We'll have booze and green beer and corned beef and cabbage!!! Yay for drinking!
We are having a St. Patty's Day party!!!! We will supply some Jameson Whiskey and green beer!! Along with some corned beef and cabbage!!!! BYOB for the more liquor the merrier...you can bring friends as well just remember to introduce them! Okay I am selling my projector so any of you on my f-list that want a kick ass new projector please reply. The bulb has burned out so that will need to be replaced. I just haven't had a chance to get a new one and I decided since I'm not home very much I don't need it anymore (planning on saving up for another one in the future-well once Halo 3 comes out :)) The screen is a manual pulldown with glass beads for a sharper image. The specs for the projector are below. I am asking $700 for everything. Let me know if you are interested. If you are I will need the money in the next few days (sorry can't afford to wait on it). Thanks!! Have a nice day!!

Okay I probably just did the worst thing ever...I told my roommate she has to move out over myspace! I tried calling her all day but I think her phone is shut off and she will not come home (I think she knew this was coming and I would have preferred in person). I feel awful having to do this and over myspace of all places!! I was cordial and told her I'd help her move. We'll see how this goes. My other roommate has offered to pay a little more until we get another roommate (or he may just pay more so he doesn't have to deal with sharing a bathroom with another one) and my boy said he would pay the difference if he could use the room to store all his guitars and amps, so things may be working out a little better. Anyways, on a better note I had an awesome Christmas!! My boy bought me some awesome new plates (that I said I wanted) and a massage chair! My parents bought me a sewing machine and a serger!! Yay, which means an Obscura line coming soon!! My brother and sister in law bought me a Halo 3 messenger bag (yay for geekiness-which I had just pre-ordered my Halo 3 Legendary package which will come with a master cheif helmet)! And my sister got me some awesome statues-one of which my nephew picked out! It was a very mellow-get your drink on-Christmas(I come from a long line of drinkers). Hope everyone else had a great Christmas!!

It's all about action with you, isn't it? You're outgoing and right to the point. Fast moving, fast talking and often fast spending. Your motto is "Just DO it."
Wow. You move faster than the Flash on a treadmill. (Yes. I could have thought up something cleverer than that. But honestly, you're just not worth my time.)
To carry on the superhero theme, you're comparable to the Hulk. Except you're uglier. And you're slightly more intimidating. People flinch when you're around for fear you might exert your dominance and order them to do 50 press-ups.
Perhaps if you calmed down a little, people wouldn't be so scared of you. Of course, something would have to be done about your face. Is plastic surgery an option?
This insatiable appetite for action means that you're not exactly into long term commitments. You get bored incredibly quickly and tend to jump in and out of relationships like the Energiser Bunny.
Eventually you're going to run out of people to bounce to, and you will end up a very lonely and hated individual.
